Each file is checked for a tag tree, a reading order, and real text rather than a picture of text.

We rebuild the files you choose and return a written audit letter for your record.
What is not your problem
The Title II rule exempts documents that were already on your site and are not currently used to apply for, gain access to, or take part in a service. Archived agendas and old reports usually fall under that exemption. We separate those out before we quote, which is why our number is smaller than a raw file count.
